What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture custom labels and stickers, cigarette packaging, cigarette inner liners and foil packaging, cigarette inner frame paper, stand-up pouches, and custom printed rollstock films. OEM and customized packaging solutions are available.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, material, size, printing process and customization requirements. Please send us your specifications and expected quantity, and we will recommend the most cost-effective production option.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. Existing samples may be available for quality and material evaluation. Custom printed samples or prototypes can also be produced depending on your project requirements. Sample and shipping costs may apply.
Can I customize the size, material and design?
Yes. Most of our products can be fully customized, including size, shape, material, adhesive, printing colors, finishes and special security features. Our team can also review your artwork before production.
How long is the production lead time?
Production time varies depending on the product, quantity and printing process. Most custom orders are completed within approximately 7–15 working days after artwork approval, while complex or large-volume projects may require additional time.
What artwork files do you accept?
We recommend providing vector artwork in AI, PDF, EPS or high-resolution PSD format. Please include fonts, bleed and color references such as Pantone numbers when available. Our team will check the artwork before production.
